Our mission is to connect parents and caregivers of children with mental health challenges so that they may find peace, strength and empowerment in the company of others dealing with the same.
Caring for a child (any age) who is struggling with their mental health can be very isolating. We know because we’ve been there.
Attending a REAL TALK group meeting helps break the loneliness and provide a wealth of support and resources. Grounded in lived experiences, REAL TALK provides a safe, authentic space for sharing hard truths, exploring real feelings and celebrating successes.
